I was there on October 2nd, 2018, around noon, and I can only say that both employees were very friendly and helpful. They immediately and without being asked helped a woman lift an ironing machine out of her car. To the woman in the previous chat: Why, if you already live in Windsbach, don't you go to the recycling center near your home? I'll tell you why! These employees are the real bosses and make sure the delivery drivers feel it. I myself also drive from Windsbach to Heilsbronn.

I was there with my son on Saturday around 3 p.m. Contrary to expectations, there was nothing going on, so at least five employees helped us unload in no time! So, I can't understand the bad reviews at all. I'm giving them a thumbs-up!

I've been going to this recycling center for three years, and I have absolutely no complaints. Due to insurance concerns, the employees aren't allowed to help unload anything! They tell you where things can be disposed of, and that's it. Besides, everything except for green waste and construction debris is free! Where I come from, you need bulky waste permits or electronic waste permits; otherwise, you've paid for them! Be glad there are still recycling centers like this here!

I don't understand the negative comments! It's not the employees' job to remove trash from cars, but they always helped me with heavy items!

I usually only hear bad things about other recycling centers. I've never had any problems getting rid of anything here.
